Can I return or exchange my order?
At this time, we do not issue refunds for orders.
Depending of the situation, the customer may or may not be responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges, LAIYEN is committed to its customers and will take responsibility for shipping costs if needed.
Can I make edits after submitting an order?
In any of the cases below, please contact us directly through email as soon as possible
-If your shipping information was placed incorrectly

When will I receive my order?
Often orders are shipped after 3 to 4 days but may take to up to 7 days for processing due to high demand or material- this will be mentioned in product description. For unexpected delays you will be notified through email.
Please be mindful that holidays may delay your package. You will receive a tracking number by email once your package has shipped.

Shipping within the United states may take 4 to 7 days depending on location. Orders to Hawaii may take up to 14 days.
What happens if my items are defective/missing?
Each of our items are handmade which can cause rare inconsistencies with quality. If you notice that your item is defective, contact us within 2 weeks of receiving your order.
Depending on the item there are a few options in the case that your item is defective,
- for Luan Choker, we will work out an exchange to repair the choker. LAIYEN will be responsible for any shipping costs related
- for any bracelets & earrings, we will send you a new replacement or you can choose to receive store credit of equal value
- any other items will be decided on case to case basis
If you order is missing an item, please inform us immediately and we will work on sending your item as soon as possible.
LAIYEN is not responsible for lost packages due to the shipping process. However, if you incur issues, contact us on, and we will try to assist the best we can.
Do you offer International shipping?
We currently only ship within the US and to Canada. Orders to Europe can be arranged through email.
